Forced Ignition - American Engineering, American Manufacturing, American Quality

The state of the art automated production line used for the manufacture of Forced Ignition systemsThe state of the art automated production line used for the manufacture of Forced Ignition systems

When we were first assessing the Forced Ignition system to see if it was the kind of product we wanted in our catalog, we asked the same kind of questions we ask whenever we buy a part for our own cars ...

"Where was it designed ? Where is it manufactured ? What is the quality of the engineering ? What certifications does the manufacturing facility hold ?"

The answers to those questions are often the key to finding true quality, true durability and true reliability.

Needless to say we were very pleased with the answers to our questions ...

Made In USAMade In USA

  • The Forced Ignition system was designed and engineered in the United States

  • The production facility is located in the United States and is ISO certified.

  • All circuit boards used in Forced Ignition systems are up to US Department Of Defense specifications (in other words true military spec).

  • Forced Ignition's wiring harnesses are ISO certified, tested with a 40 lb. pull test.

  • All crystals used in the Forced Ignition system are made by the world reknowned Kyocera corporation based in Kyoto, Japan, are extremely high quality and have extremely tight tolerances.

  • The Forced Ignition production line uses multiple optical scanners per line for a 100% placement test.

  • This ensures that all units are guaranteed off the line to be in 100% working order.

  • Forced Ignition has seven engineers overseeing the production process throughout as well.

  • Forced Ignition systems are backed a standard one-year warranty. The details of the warranty will come with the Forced Ignition system when you order or there is a link to the warrnty terms at the top right of this page. The warranty covers repair or replacement under normal use. There is an extended warranty available.

  • Bottom line ? We were extremely impressed with these points and yes, we do have Forced Ignition systems in our own vehicles.
