For our customers who already own a Works Bell Rapfix GTC tilting quick release (the tilting model with the locking release handle with red release mechanism), Works Bell is now able to supply and fit the glove friendly release handle (as seen on the Rapfix GTC-R and Rapfix GTC Hybrid) to your Rapfix GTC.
Fitting the glove friendly release handle effectively converts your Rapfix GTC to a Rapfix GTC Hybrid.
This is an excellent solution for customers who own a Rapfix GTC fitted to a track car, as it allows you to:
- use a standard road car style Momo bolt pattern steering boss or Works Bell steering boss in your track car
- allows you to use economically priced compatible 6 bolt road car style steering wheels on your track car
- gives you the advantage of being easily able to release the release handle while wearing gloves.

In order to ensure correct alignment and operation of your Rapfix GTC with the replacement handle, the handle is fitted by Works Bell's engineers at the Works Bell factory in Nagano Japan. So you need to send your Rapfix GTC to Works Bell to have the handle replaced.
The price includes both the handle itself and fitting by Works Bell.
Please contact us for the postal address to send your Rapfix GTC to for handle replacement.
Please ship your Rapfix GTC to Works Bell via an air courier service with insurance and tracking in transit.
The glove friendly release handle is available in black only.
