Works Bell has developed an exclusive short hub system that is designed for the specific use with the Works Bell Rapfix II Quick Release, Works Bell tilting Rapfix GTC Quick Release, Works Bell tilting Rapfix GTC Hybrid Quick Release, and the Works Bell Rapfix QRS Quick Release.

This short hub system is designed to compensate for the additional length of the Works Bell Steering Quick Release and prevents setting the steering wheel too close to the driver.

With the short hub system, the user is able to offset the position of the steering wheel anywhere from 20mm-30mm (depending on the hub used) AWAY from the driver for optimum driver position.

These short hub kits are available in application specific models for Subaru, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and various European models.

Steering Wheel Compatibility

Works Bell short boss kits ship pre-machined with steering wheel mounting holes in standard 6 bolt Momo bolt pattern (PCD 70mm).

An optional bolt pattern adapter is available that allows compatible Nardi 6 bolt pattern (PCD 74mm) to be bolted to the short boss.

This boss is compatible with all Works Bell bolt on quick releases.

Works Bell bolt on quick releases are compatible with a large range of steering wheels, including:

• the Works Bell Original Steering Wheel
• the Works Bell Team Orange Steering Wheel
• the Works Bell Yoshioka Steering Wheel.

Works Bell bolt on quick releases can also be used with:

• compatible Nardi 6 bolt steering wheels
• compatible Personal 6 bolt steering wheels
• compatible Momo 6 bolt road car steering wheels
• and also with some Momo Racing Steering Wheels which can be drilled for 6 bolt patterns.
