Electric Contact Kit installed on Rapfix Racing Weld On Quick Release
The new Electric Contact Kit is a kit that features 12 electrical contacts that automatically engage when the Rapfix Racing Quick Release is attached and disengage when the Rapfix Racing Quick Release is detached.
We had many requests from professional racing teams who wanted to use the Rapfix Racing on their cars, who also wanted a well engineered solution so that multiple steering wheel mounted buttons, paddle shifters, shift lights, warning lights etc could be connected directly through the Rapfix Racing Quick Release.
Rapfix Racing Quick Release - Weld On Version
Works Bell has responded to that demand and released the new Electric Contact Kit for Rapfix Racing, which allows the steering wheel to be removed without needing separate external wiring harness.
It allows for a cleaner wiring installation, and completely eliminates the chances of external wiring being damaged during driver changes etc.
The Electric Contact Kit is attached to your Works Bell Rapfix Racing Quick Release Weld Type which is sold separately.

The Electric Contact Kit is only compatible with the weld on version of the Rapfix Racing Quick Release, not with the bolt on version of the Rapfix Racing Quick Release.
